By accessing and using PilotOps's AI automation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PilotOps provides AI-powered automation solutions for small and medium businesses, including but not limited to:

• Customer experience automation
• Data and analytics automation
• System integration and API services
• Custom AI agent development
• Workflow automation consulting

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• All fees are due upon receipt of invoice
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided at our discretion

5. Intellectual Property

PilotOps retains all rights to our proprietary technology, software, and processes. You retain rights to your business data and custom configurations.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your data:

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• You maintain ownership of your business data
• We implement industry-standard security measures

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates as needed.

8. Limitation of Liability

PilotOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• You will lose access to our services
• We will provide you with a copy of your data
• You remain responsible for any outstanding payments

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States.
